Travel Insurance

Holidays cost ‘does not include insurance premiums and any handing /amendment fee or other costs paid if you changed your booking which are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
If you are traveling on a scheduled service flight .we cannot give you any refund of your cancellation charges from the insurance company less any applicable excess . we will also refund your deposit in full if you cancel your holidays because you are made redundant .provided we are told at least 10 weeks before your departure date and receive confirmation from the employer concerned.

Your holiday insurance

We believe that adequate is vital. We have therefore arranged on your behalf a comprehensive insurance policy arranged by MAP (Mattinson Ginty and pPartners limited) underwritten by White House Insurance Ireland limited with the expectation of legal expenses which in underwritten by Europe Assistance Insurance limited a comprehensive copy of the insurance cover will be forward to you with your information invoice. Please note our insurance cover is valid for Uk resident only.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is your party. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holidays. We do not check alternative insurance policies. If you do not take out our insurance policy at the time of booking you must provide us with details of your own insurance no later than 14 days from booking before the holidays is conformed to you (no less than 3 days before departure if booking within 14 days of departure).or you will not have the terms and conditions and reserve the right to cancel your booking with cancellation charges as shown . we will remind of your obligation to take out insurance .as required to be closed at the time of booking before conformation is set and before we cancel your booking.

Claims

Claims must be made 31 days of the event.

Property claims

Property claims are settled on the goods at the time of loss and not on an old for new bass.

Policy excesses

Under most sections of the policy claims will be subject to excess. This means that you will be responsible for paying the first part of the claims the amount you have to pay is the excess.

Condition Exclusions and Warranties

There are conditions and exclusions, which apply to individual sections and general conditions, exclusions and warranties, which apply to the whole policy

Reasonable care

You need to take all responsible care to protect yourself and your property as you would if you were not insures.

Health

If you at the time of taking out this policy, have an existing medical condition for which you receive continuing treatment take medication and undergoing investigation or if you have ever been diagnosed medical condition for your planned journey and accept any special terms provided in respect of your medical condition.

Cool Off Period

If after reading the policy you are not satisfied with if for any reason, you must return it to Kerala travel center within 15 days of its purchase in other to receive a full refund of premium, provided that a claim does not exist and travel place.

We do not cover anyone aged 80 years or over at the date of booking the trip.

Infants under 2 years receive fee insurance of traveling with an insured adult.

Your responsibility

(a) you must ensure that you and your party have valid acceptable passport and any appropriate visas required for your holidays (including your journey to and form your holidays destination costs incurred . obtaining such documentation must be paid by you . we regret we cannot accept any liability if you .or any member of your party are refused enter onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your party to carry correct documentation .many of the airline that provide flight element to be arrangement we sell imposed fines any costs on us if any passenger who have booked with us passengers who have booked us do not have the necessary travel or other document for the country they are visiting even where through occur through no fault of ours . in this situation we have no choice but to pass on to you all fines .costs ,surcharge , other financial penalty and other sums of any description that are imposed on incurred by us you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly in full
(b) you should check what vaccinations and other health precautions are required or are advisable for your chosen destination and journey with your doctor in good chosen destination and journey with your doctor in good time before your departure
(c) airline regulation state that women 28 weeks or more into pregnancy at the time of return travel must have written confirmation from the doctor that they are fir to travel when checking in for their outward flight . Normally. Permission to travel is refused after 32 weeks we can only accept your booking up to the clear understanding that we cannot be liable if any airline refused to accept you or any member of your party as a passenger for this reason .
(d) you must be responsible for the behavior of yourself and your party. We can refuse to accept you as a customer or refuse to continue dealing with you terminating you holidays arrangement if your behavior is or is likely to be in our reasonable opinion ,or in the opinion of any airline pilot ,hotelier or other person in authority disruptive , upsetting or dangerous to yourself or any one else or if you have caused or are likely to cause damage to property. we will not pay any refund compensation or other sum whatsoever or any costs or expenses incurred by you if we have to terminate the holidays arrangement due to your unacceptable behavior means you are not allow to board your outward flight we will treat your booking as cancellation charges
(e) you must tell us if you have an existing medical problem or disability that may effect your holidays before you book your holidays giving us full details at the same time if in your reasonable opinion your chosen is not suitable for your medical problem or disability or you are not traveling with someone who can provide all assistance you may reasonable require we have the right to refuse to accept the booking if you if you do not give us full details of your medical problem or you are not traveling with some one who can provide all assistance reasonable required if we cancel in this situation ,cancellation charges must be paid by the person concerned.

If you have a complaint

We do our best you an enjoyable, trouble-free holidays, but occasionally even the best-laid plans can go wrong .if you have a problem or complaint about the overseas part of your holidays you must-tell our local representative while aboard as soon as possible so that it can be sorted out on the spot . If your complaint cannot be resolved there and then, you must complete a report from on your tour or in your resort.
A copy of this report from will be send to us for action .if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome .you must then write to us full details give your holidays reference number and your day time and evening telephone number.
As it is difficult and sometime impossible to properly investigate a complaint if you not told about the reasonable quickly any compensation you may have able to claim can be reduced and even lost together if you do not follow the complain procedure set out in this clause.
(a) 28 days if your complaint or claim does not involve death personal injury or illness.
(b) 3 months if your complaint involving the negligence of any of our suppliers, subcontractors or agent (as opposed to any of our employees action any liability if you do not report the complaint to us in writing giving full details as set out above within 28 days or 3 months of your full return from holidays

Financial security

All holidays featured in this brochure are offered and sold by Kerala Accompanied. We hold an air travel organizer ‘s license issued by the CAA (ATOL No 3973) This means that your booking with us will be protected in the unlikely event of us being unable to provide your contracted arrangement due to our insolvency.
